DECODE Internal Reflections DAY 1

The DECODE internal reflections brough together the Global DECODE team at PRIA, in New Delhi, India, in the week 1st week of December, 2025. 

The conference opened with an initiation ceremony performed by Waldina Munoz, an Indigenous woman from Putumayo, Columbia. The presentations and internal reflections from our partners in Côte d'Ivoire, Bolivia, and Uganda followed after.

The second half of the day shifted focus to the host organization, as the PRIA team shared their extensive portfolio of work and community engagement strategies. This ran parallelly to a Funders Round Table conversation that took place at the IDRC New Delhi office.
