Dr Budd Hall presents a paper on ‘Community-Based University’

Budd Hall presented a paper on the Community-Based University via teleconference to the Workshop for the publication on Higher Education in Malaysia: A Critical Review of the Past and Present for the Future on the 20th of October. The workshop took place at Universiti Sians Malaysia, with international contributors appearing via video conference technology. Wan Chang Da, Morshidi Sirat and Dzulklifli Abdul Razak are the Editors of the book being prepared. Dr. Hall was one of only 2-3 specialists from outside Malaysia being invited to contribute.
