COVID-19 has affected the lives of many, especially that of the vulnerable sections of the community- the informal labour force, women as individuals and as a group, adolescents and the youth. With the current pandemic requiring physical distancing, it poses several challenges for the Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) practitioner today. Yet, their role may be more relevant than ever before. They need to step up to influence and inform policy making through community driven evidence-based research.
