Global trends in training Community-Based Research (CBR) in Higher Educational Institutions and Civil Society Organizations: Survey Results, July 2015

Under the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) sponsored project on ‘Training the Next Generation of Community Based Researchers‘, a global survey was undertaken that provides the much needed information about the current state-of-the-art in CBR training in various regions of the world. The survey was conducted by the UNESCO Chair in Community Based Research and Social Responsibility in Higher Education between November 2014 and May 2015, and is representative of responses received from as many as 60 countries from all across the world, with fair representation from all regions.
