Inviting nominations for Professor Sir David Watson Award 2017, for Community University Partnerships!

Professor Sir David Watson Awards have been created in memory of Professor Sir David Watson, to honour his leadership in encouraging community-university engagement and recognise the combined efforts of community and university partners towards making a difference to the lives of people in their shared community. It acknowledges his leadership in community university engagement and social responsibility in higher education.

The applications process for the awards was launched at the National Coordinating Centre for Public Engagement conference held in November, 2016.
